Trayvon Martin and the Slave System

The Slave System keeps us reacting to individual situations instead of acting on our own to what we create. We must direct our energy and support toward a movement with a purpose that can only bring positive results.

Standing up and supporting Trayvon Martin is most admirable and is a testament to all that participated.   But I must say the energy and resources that was brought together would be better used to create a positive atmosphere that we can all feed off, making it possible for us to work together on a mass level, men, women and children.

In America we have more Black college graduates, more than in any other part of the World. You see the problem is not education, the problem is understanding the Slave System. Do not accept the words “Slave” and “Slavery” because the words mean “inferior human” .

Now think about this, all our lives and in the past the term “slave” or “slavery” has been used to refer to us here in America. Our fore-mothers and fathers were not slaves nor were they inferior human. They were people just like you and me, thinking, feeling and dreaming. What no one ever says is that we were placed in a “SLAVE SYSTEM”.

If you say “Slave System,” I know you are saying to yourself right now "I never though about it like that" now you will get a complete different picture of our existence here in America than if you keep saying “slave” or “slavery”.  The Slave System wants you to continue useing the words slave, slavery and enslaved.

We should be praised as a heroic people for fighting the “SLAVE SYSTEM” from our first arrival to America to the present.

Remember stop using the words “Slave” and “Slavery”; replace them with the words “Slave System”.

This is something we all need to mobilize around together just like we did on Trayvon Martin and Tray Davis. We must create a atmosphere that will make us feel good about each other and not always fighting the Slave System the wrong way.  The Slave System is designed to keep you fighting a fight over here and a fight over there but never a fight that we are creating ourselves.

There is no down side to this approach because you can't get disappointed when we start doing things independent of of the Slave System.
