1. Who Is TAG TEAM University For?
TAG TEAM University is for positive, Black people who want to get ahead in life. All of the seminars, classes and CDs are specifically geared at the Black community, and address the unique culture, situations and needs of the Black community.
2. Do I have to have a high school diploma to enroll?
No. There is no past educational requirement to participate in TAG TEAM University.
3. Is TAG TEAM University an accredited school?
No. TAG TEAM University is NOT a higher education learning institution and does not offer accredited academic degree programs.
4. Can I get college credit for taking a TAG TEAM University course?
No. TAG TEAM University is a separate program and is not involved in the traditional university system. You cannot get credit at another school for classes taken at TAG TEAM University.
5. Can I earn a degree from TAG TEAM University?
Yes. By successfully completing all of the training levels and demonstrating them successfully in business, you can earn a Master of TAG TEAM Marketing degree (called "Master Marketer degree" for short).
6. Can I study from home?
Yes. We have an extensive online training program. You can watch the courses on your computer screen using our Internet TV system, from anywhere in the world, using a high-speed Internet connection.
7. Is financial aid available?
No. We do not offer financial aid for TAG TEAM University courses.
8. Do you invest part of my Investing 101 enrollment fee into a group investment?
No. Your enrollment fee is for education services only. Your membership fee does not contribute to an investment. Members are encouraged to make their own investment decisions and invest on their own, as they see fit.
9. Can I have my friends watch the classes online?
All people who watch TAG TEAM University training online with you, must be enrolled in the specific program as well. Your membership entitles YOU to be able to watch the seminars, courses, training videos, etc. online. Each enrollment in TAG TEAM University is for an individual, not a group. If you have other people who want to watch or participate, just have them enroll in the particular course as well.
10. Can I pay my monthly fee with cash, or by mailing in a check or money order?
You can settle your bill with cash or by mailing a money order each month, but it will require that you place a cash deposit on your account equal to half the amount of your annual membership. We do not accept checks. To bill monthly without a deposit, we require that you have an active credit card on file.
11. How do I change the credit card I have on file?
You can change your credit card at any time by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT button above, then PAYMENT SETTINGS, then UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD.
12. Can I get credit for referring other people to TAG TEAM University?
Yes you can. We have a powerful income opportunity called the Black Star Opportunity, where you can earn money for referring other people who enroll in TAG TEAM University programs, purchase consumer products or sign up for business memberships in the Black Business Network.
13. Can I cancel my ongoing monthly membership at any time?
If you are enrolled in one of programs that has an ongoing monthly membership, yes you can cancel at any time, but the remaining months of your contract (if any) will become due immediately, and your card will be charged. To cancel your membership, just log into your account, click on MY ACCOUNT, then MEMBERSHIPS, then CANCEL, and follow the directions.
